Go through My U-verse Blows Review

Out of my many dealings with customer service, ATT UVerse is by far the very worst. It couldn’t get any worse unless chimps worked the telephones. After hearing so many U-verse success stories , I required cable tv and internet service. They penciled me for our install 2 weeks later at lunchtime.

So I took the day off to be at home ( a person over 18 has to be home ). At 1 I called to find out the location of the installer. They kept bumping me to another phone operator and after 1/2 hr, a customer support person advised me they didn’t have my address so they needed to reschedule me. I said, “You couldn’t just call ?” The only thing she said missing any feeling behind it was, “Sorry. We can move your date for a few weeks from now.” Huh ? Somehow 8 days without service switched to 5 weeks

Yea right. So I harrassed them every single day

After 9 calls, part of my life listening to jazz, a thousand transfers to different areas to folks who kept shipping me back to the dept that transferred me in the first place, a slew of hang ups whenever I asked for a supervisor, I finally got the date changed to an earlier date. Guess what? Nothing happened.

Guess what, I quit.

I’m begging you to picket against U-verse with me.
